Irene Robayo
Irene has many interests. She loves to travel and often times takes mini-vacations. She likes running, going out with the girls, spending time with her Yorkie and enjoys spending time with her amazing family.
Irene hails from the coast of Connecticut. She has done a bit of bouncing around as she moved back and forth between Washington State and Connecticut for a few years. However, ask Irene how she feels about Washington and she will tell you she "loves it". Irene graduated from Mariner High School where one of her proudest moments was being crowned Homecoming Queen.
Irene is 100% Ecuadorian. Her family travels every summer to visit family; staying in their home away from home. She speaks fluent Spanish, is currently enrolled at a local community college and has loads of reception experience. She has a smile for all who walk through the door at the Experience Momentum Center.
"Working at experience momentum has been a complete blessing. Getting the opportunity to be a part of the process in helping people get back to good health has been very rewarding. I've built many friendships here and look forward to the future ones. Many others can't say they actually enjoy to coming into work every day, but I can! Being a part of this work team has opened my mind to different career options, and I am excited to see what my future here at Experience Momentum holds!" -Irene
Chelsea Athing

In her free time Chelsea can be found training for a marathon, sitting for hours at coffee shops, eating any type of fruit she can get her hands on, and, whenever the Pacific Northwest allows it, napping on a blanket in the sun.
Chelsea grew up amidst the Redwoods of Northern California, moving to Washington in 2001 to receive an undergraduate education at the University of Puget Sound. After receiving her BA in Sociology, she spent a year as a member of an Americorps team, whose main efforts focused on providing assistance to the residents of the gulf coast in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Upon completion of the program, she returned to the Pacific Northwest in order to pursue a career in Physical Therapy, and graduated with her Doctorate in May 2010. As the newest member of the Experience Momentum team, she is committed to providing quality care in a way that challenges her patients and celebrates their accomplishments throughout the rehabilitation process.
Chelsea’s passion towards Physical Therapy is largely a result of the joy she gets from knowing she’s had a positive impact on her patient’s lives. She recognizes that volunteering her time to serve her community provides this same benefit, and is an essential way for her to feel connected to those around her. She enjoys all types of community service from building houses with Habitat for Humanity to volunteering at aid stations during Seattle’s Breast Cancer 3-Day. Recently, she became involved as both a participant and mentor with Team in Training, which raises money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society while training for marathons.

Theresa Burns

Theresa was born in Sacramento, California, but has lived in the great Northwest Washington for most of her life. She loves spending time with her husband Al, two daughters Kailena and Justine and her son James. She also has 3 grandchildren, Miguel, Lilly and Faith. Her family brings her an abundance of joy. The whole family was raised to play hard and have fun. Friends always knew they were at the right house by the pile of cleats on the front porch. Sports have been a big part of her life and range from ballet dancing to surfing and everything you can think in between. In her spare time when she is not outside playing, you can find her in her art studio. She spends her family vacations at the ocean with either her parents or mother-in-law; hiking the Washington Coast or surfing the waves in Lincoln City, Oregon and Malibu, California.
Theresa enjoys helping people and has spent many years volunteering. She volunteered for 20 years as a coach for Sno-King Youth Club. She coached baseball, softball, basketball and select soccer for boys and girls along with refereeing and umpiring. She volunteered for 10 years at Edmonds School District and Tutors Dyslexic Children in reading and writing. She loves animals as well and would someday like to train canines for the disabled.
Competitive soccer playing over the last 20 years started her interest in physical therapy. The positive influence physical therapy has had on her life compelled her to become a Physical Therapy Assistant. She graduated with honors from Whatcom Community College with an Associates Degree in Science and Physical Therapy in 2011.

Margarette Bou

Hi, I am Maragette and I have lived in Mukilteo, Washington my entire life. An interesting fact about myself is I am full Cambodian and can speak the language fluently. I just graduated from Kamiak High School. In high school I was involved in Leadership and DECA. Currently, I am attending Edmonds Community College in hopes to transfer to a University.
I was a competitive figure skater for 11 years. One of my proudest accomplishments was passing all my Moves in the Field. Another sport I became passionate about is Lacrosse. This last year I was starting player for the Mukilteo Varsity Girls Lacrosse team. I am a Junior Coach at the Lynnwood Ice Arena and love working with children!
My ideal friday night is watching movies and eating ice cream. My favorite day of the week is Sunday because that's when my family gets together and we always go out for dinner. My favorite food is Sushi, I can live off of it. My Grandma is one of the strongest people I know because she escaped the Khmer Rouge and turned her tragedy into a success. My grandma has taught me countless important life lessons that I will forever hold. I have an older brother Erick.
