About Shanon
Shanon Tysland, Owner/CEO
Shanon Tysland plays all out in life. When he is not engaged in helping others you can find him climbing a mountain, skiing, hiking, cycling, participating in a triathlon or enjoying time with his wife Kelly, daughter Ravenna and their families.
Shanon created Experience Momentum in 2005 after seeing a need to treat the whole person and improve their overall health and well-being. He strives to stay on the cutting edge of this industry while holding to the best of traditional practices.
Shanon's love for helping others extends into his personal life as well. Testimonial for Shanon
"The combination of Shanon's coaching and guidance, relevant life skills assignments, challenging exercise program and good nutrition have all converged to create an exciting and positive experience for me. In the last year of working with Shanon, I have awakened a passion for life that I thought was lost to me. I have lost over 100 lbs, competed in my first triathlon and hiked Mt. Si (4,000 ft elevation in 4 miles). I have reestablished past relationships I did not think were possible."
