Bags and Bells
45 minute high level course utilizing Sandbags & Kettle bells; you will be sore!

If you want to work every muscle in your body this is your class. You will feel your heart beating, muscles tightening and sweat dripping. In this class you will use mainly sandbags, kettle bells and body weight to get a killer workout. Our instructor is cross-fit level one certified and will focus on technique making the class safety his number one priority.
