Our spinning and cycling classes are a GREAT cardio workout. Our instructors are experts at keeping you engaged and motivated as you ride state of the art spinner bikes. You will experience hills, sprints and a million combinations of the two, which keeps it fresh and new. Some of our classes also incorporate spinning and muscle training. Spinning/Cycle is great for those of us in the NW that don't want to ride in the rain and those who have had knee issues and or don't run but want the great cardio workout.

Our spin bikes are outfitted with heart rate monitor sensors, so bring yours along!
