Classes
Our group classes are for all fitness levels, ages and backgrounds. We have a variety of classes to give you options. Or if you like to feel your heart rate increase and get a dynamic workout our FIT circuit or Kettle-Bell Academy are good choices. For those with ailing knees/joints classes like spinning/cycle and yogalates are good choices to try. Click on a class below to learn more specifics.

Bags and Bells
45 minute high level course utilizing Sandbags & Kettle bells; you will be sore!
EMPower X
45 minute full body circuit with 1 minute stations aimed at strengthening and toning your body
Spinning
A great cardio workout while building muscular endurance.
Yoga
1 hour class focusing on balance, strength and flexibility while using proper breathing and relaxation techniques
